　　英語面試場景一：詢問職位空缺的英語對話

　　1.開場白

　　A： Hello， this is Mr. Smith of C&C Corporation. Is that Johnson & Johnson Company? 您好，這是C&C公司，我是史密斯，請問您是強(qiáng)生公司嗎?

　　B： Yes. 是。

　　A： Good morning， miss.早上好，小姐。

　　B： May I help you， sir? 有什么事嗎，先生?

　　A： Do you have any vacancies for full-time job? 你們有全日工作的空缺嗎?

　　B： Yes， we need an accountant in our Finance Department. 是的，我們的財務(wù)部還缺一個會計。

　　2.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

　　A： What’re your qualifications? Can you say something about yourself? 您的資歷如何?您能介紹一下自己的情況嗎?

　　英語面試場景五：關(guān)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的英語對話

　　A：What leadership qualities did you develop as an administrative personnel? 作為行政人員，你有什么樣的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能?

　　B：I feel that learning how to motivate people and to work together as a team will be the major goal of my leadership. 我覺得學(xué)習(xí)如何把人們的積極性調(diào)動起來，以及如何配合協(xié)同的團(tuán)隊精神，是我行政工作的主要目標(biāo)。

　　I have refined my management style by using an open-door policy. 我以開放式的政策，改進(jìn)我的行政管理方式。

　　A：Are you a multi-tasked individual?你是一位可以同時承擔(dān)數(shù)項工作的人嗎?

　　The trait is needed in my current(or previous) position and I know I can handle it well. 這種特點(diǎn)就是我目前(先前)工作所需要的，我知道我能應(yīng)付自如。

　　A： I would like to know more about the compensation. 我想了解一下待遇方面的情況。
